Leberkäse is a smoked and mildly spiced traditional South German meatloaf made of very finely grinded pork and bacon, baked in a bread pan to achieve a nice brown crust. Our original Bavarian Leberkäse offers a high meat content and is lactose and gluten free.
To enjoy it at its best please cook it for about 5 minutes from chilled or for about 10 minutes from frozen. The Leberkäse is pre-cooked for risk free handling. To heat it and give it it’s nice colour and crisp bite please use a grill, a frying pan or an oven.
