Weißwurst is a Bavarian Sausage speciality with a hint of parsley and lemon. It is traditionally served as a snack between breakfast and lunch. Serve it along a freshly baked Brezel with Sweet Mustard and a wheat beer.
To enjoy it at its best please heat it in hot (not boiling) water for about 10 minutes from chilled or for about 20 minutes from frozen.
Weißwurst comes in a natural pork casing but it is eaten without the skin!
Please freeze immediately after delivery and be advised by the ‘Use by’ date when kept frozen. Once defrosted, please use within one week, once opened use within two days.
